《And Winter Came … 冬季降临》是恩雅在制作了两年之后已于2008年11月10日发行的一张新专辑。本来恩雅是要制作一张圣诞专辑，但是后来决定做一张全新的专辑，而不局限于翻唱传统的圣诞颂歌。
这首《Trains and Winter Rains》就是选自这张新专辑。音乐中饱含着节日里那种温馨喜庆的气氛，欢快、跳跃。你能想象出“窗外是一片茫茫雪原，积雪又厚又松软。间或伫立的光秃秃的树干结一层冰在阳光下闪烁冷冷的光。”
