这就是第一集的故事,故事很精彩,效果很棒,这部影片获得了四项奥斯卡奖,影片中的众多特效镜头被奉为经典。要说明的是导演和制作人并不是因为第一部的成功才决定拍续集,《黑客帝国》 从来就是一个完整的故事,并不是先有了 I 再想到去拍摄 II 和 III,只不过故事太长,必须要拍摄三部才够,《黑客帝国》 I 只是故事的开始,真正让观众吃惊的都在后面,《黑客帝国》 的故事绝没有你们想象的那么简单。我们现在开始来说第二集的故事,在整个《黑客帝国》 的故事中,第二集的作用是承上启下,也是最为难懂,引起争议和讨论最多的一集,在这一集里面众多的新人物纷纷登场,让人目不暇接,眼花缭乱。故事从尼奥的一个梦¬开始,他梦见崔尼悌被特工用枪打中了,这一开始其实就埋下了一个伏笔,按照电影的一般惯例,这种梦最后多半会成为真实的(影片确实也是如此),那么我不禁就要发¬问,既然这是在真实世界,尼奥怎么可能能梦到未来发生的事情(注意,这是科幻电影,不是指环王这样的神话故事电影,现实世界中你说一个人梦到了未来那是封建迷信¬),这不符合科幻电影严谨的逻辑,难道导演又要在这一集里面插入一些什么奇幻电影的因素,接下来要出现什么魔法或超自然力什么的吗?
接着,上一集被杀死的 Smith 又复活了,理论上并不是复活,而是升级了,在尼奥钻入他身体的时候,Smith 获得了尼奥的部分代码,最终导致了 Smith 的复活(升级),升级版的 Smith 不再是一个普通的特工,他变得更加强大,而且不受 母体 的控制,可以将自己的代码(思想)植入 母体 中的人甚至特工的身体中,从而复制自己,并控制他们,这个功能非常可怕,意味着 Smith 可以不断的复制自己,尼奥和 Smith 的第二次正面打斗的戏就是尼奥面对一堆的 Smith 不停的打,怎么也打不完,越打越多,最后只好像超人一样三十六计走为上计飞走了。接着影片出现了第二个伏笔,Smith 复制了一个锡安的叛军,这个叫本恩的叛军通过电话回到了锡安,但是显然,他的思想已经变化了,不再是原来的本恩,而变成了 Smith 附身的本恩,到这里相信看懂剧情的朋友不禁要问,既然锡安是真实世界,那么来自 母体 中的程序 Smith 怎么可能能够控制真实世界中的人,就像一台电脑把网线都拔了,他怎么还会被黑客入侵呢?

The Architect - The first matrix I designed was quite naturally
perfect, it was a work of art, flawless, sublime. A triumph equaled
only by its monumental failure. The inevitability of its doom is as
apparent to me now as a consequence of the imperfection inherent in
every human being, thus I redesigned it based on your history to more
accurately reflect the varying grotesqueries of your nature. However, I
was again frustrated by failure. I have since come to understand that
the answer eluded me because it required a lesser mind, or perhaps a
mind less bound by the parameters of perfection. Thus, the answer was
stumbled upon by another, an intuitive program,initially created to
investigate certain aspects of the human psyche. If I am the father of

system crash killing everyone connected to the matrix, which coupled
with the extermination of Zion will ultimately result in the extinction
of the entire human race.

species. As you adequately put, the problem is choice. But we already
know what you’re going to do, don’t we? Already I can see the chain
reaction, the chemical precursors that signal the onset of emotion,
designed specifically to overwhelm logic, and reason. An emotion that
is already blinding you from the simple, and obvious truth: she is
going to die, and there is nothing that you can do to stop it.

第一集的故事主线很明确,人物也很简单,就是叛军和特工,多的没了。但是到了第二集,整个剧情得到了极大的扩展,千头万绪,众多人物向观众们倾泻而下, Smith 先知保镖,法国人,双胞胎,开锁人,设计师,每一个人物似乎都充满了谜。场面已经越搞越大了,这第三集将如何收场?剧情该如何走向?网上讨论的热烈也开始趋向白热化,各种猜测都接踵而至,其中一种有趣的现象,讨论最热烈的是以电脑程序员为主,看了很多各种各样的评论,写的好的也大多是有计算机背景的,看来,要看懂 母体,还得有点技术基础。好在第二集到第三集的间隔并不算太长,关于第三集剧情的猜测可以比较快的得到答案。
2003年11 月5日,电影史上又一次史无前例的行动,全球60多个国家同时公映,这意味着全球60多个国家的2万多家影院中的几千万观众在同一时刻揭开母体 的最后面纱,同一时刻目睹尼奥和Smith 的最后决战,这是何其壮观的一件事情。第三集一开始,尼奥和本恩(被Smith附身的那个人)头对着头躺在医疗床上,这又是一个画面化的寓言,影片的开始是尼奥¬和Smith这对冤家碰头,而影片也以尼奥和Smith的对决作为结束的。尼奥的思想已经被囚禁到一个叫 Mobile Ave 地铁车站里面,这这里他碰到了三个人物,三个流放者,他们是一个三口之家,也就是三个即将被删除的程序,他们正等着那个法国人来搭救他们,还记得吗,这个法国人¬就是专门收留这些即将被删除的程序的。在这里,尼奥和三个人中的男性有很长的一段对话,从对话中,我们开始知道,这个车站其实是一个法国人编写的走私程序,是专¬门负责来运送非法程序的,法国人就是通过这个车站来运送那些即将被删除的非法程序,而要逃离这个地方的唯一办法就是搭乘"车主(也是法国人的手下)"驾驶的地铁¬离开。
